The location was perfect for my needs, near the Ministry of External Affairs. Quiet, clean, and safe. Excellent bakery and supermarket nearby. Helpful and friendly staff.

Considering we'd just spent a week in Cuba's finest 5* I was relieved to arrive here. It put El Nacional to shame. The staff here were excellent, friendly & attentive (especially Grace). The hotel through-out was spotless and the minimal furniture on display plus its design gave it a luxury feel. The nearest high street was barely 5mins away and was the equivalent of any major high street back in the UK. There's an excellent bakery/cafe 1min down the road 'autopan' which puts many of my local cafe's to shame for both price & quality. The 24hr manned reception desk made it easy to resolve any query at any time and the staff would go out of their way to assist you, like Grace when she went all out to try to book us footy tickets for Santa Fe/caldas only to be told box office only. Still at least she tried. The staff, location and silent nights would make it easy for me to return here let alone the extra incentive of seeing Grace again... ;) Phil

It's well located, especially if one wants to be near the European Embassies in Bogotá. The room is pretty basic and small but quite clean. It included a queen size bed, a closet, a night table and a T.V. Set. It had a clean toilet, wash basin and shower. The hot water works fine. There is a wi-fi network for accesing the Internet which works well. All the clerks at the reception were nice and helpful.

The room does not include a desk, and one of the walls was a bit scraped in small areas. The breakfast was OK, pretty basic: scrambled eggs, bread and coffee. Although it is easy to get a taxi in this area, one has to walk a few blocks to ride on a bus.

I found the hotel located in a quiet and safe residential area. The staff were all very kind, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The facilities in the room were basic but clean and tidy. Plus, there were places to have food and drink nearby.
